Our team is composed of Personal Support Workers (PSWs who have completed extensive training, which encompasses rigorous infection control protocols to ensure the highest safety standards. Culinary Services: You’ll be responsible for planning and cooking nutritious meals, ensuring that dietary requirements and preferences are met with care.
Companion Care: Engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote a positive and enriching environment.
Home Maintenance: Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and pleasant living space for our clients.
Transportation Coordination: Facilitating access to healthcare services by providing transportation to medical appointments or coordinating telehealth sessions.
Errand Management: Conducting routine errands such as shopping or arranging for the delivery of groceries and essentials to streamline our clients’ daily lives.
Personal Hygiene Assistance: Offering sensitive and dignified assistance with personal care routines including bathing, dressing, and maintaining overall hygiene.
Medication Reminders: Ensuring timely medication intake by providing reminders to clients according to their prescribed schedules.
Daily Living Support: Assisting clients with feeding and other day-to-day tasks to maintain their independence and comfort.
Condition Monitoring: Observing and any changes in the client’s condition and communicating updates to supervisors to provide consistent and effective care.
Specialized Care Support: Providing specialized attention and assistance to clients with Alzheimer’s, contributing to their comfort and safety.
Respite Solutions: Extending support to family caregivers by offering respite care services that allow them to rest and rejuvenate, knowing their loved ones are in capable.
